ReadyTalk is a SaaS platform for small businesses such as salons, clinics, and academies. An AI chatbot answers customer inquiries 24/7 on KakaoTalk and Instagram, takes appointment bookings, and keeps those appointments in sync with the business owner's Google Calendar. Business owners manage everything from a single admin console.

How ReadyTalk uses Google user data

ReadyTalk accesses your Google Calendar only after you explicitly connect your Google account. The Google data we request and why:

calendar.events — Create, view, update, and cancel appointment events on the calendar you link, when customers book, reschedule, or cancel through the chatbot.
calendar.freebusy — Check your availability before confirming a booking, to prevent double-booking.
calendar.calendarlist.readonly — Used once during setup so you can choose which of your calendars to link.
userinfo.email — Identify the connected Google account.

We access only the calendar you explicitly link — no other calendars. Google user data is never used for advertising and is never sold or shared with third parties. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. ReadyTalk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect ReadyTalk at any time from your Google Account permissions page; your stored OAuth tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection.
